Check in a shopper

Choose the correct sale. Scan Pass reads the shopper’s signed QR and checks in the entire party immediately. Or search by name, email, or Pass Code, verify the reservation, and choose Check In.

A Pass Code helps you find a reservation; it is not a QR pass.

Why is an action unavailable?

Check-in and No-Show require a fresh roster, a reserved party, and the reservation’s sale day in the sale’s timezone. Checked-in, cancelled, and no-show reservations have no further admission buttons.

A result is uncertain or the roster is stale

For a stale roster, use Refresh roster to get current information before taking an admission action.

If a submitted action has an uncertain result, do not repeat it. Refresh roster and review the current status. Home and sale switching stay locked until the required refresh confirms the outcome.

Camera or scanning trouble

Allow camera access for this secure website and close other apps using the camera. Close the scanner and open it again. You can also close the camera and find the reservation by name, email, or Pass Code.

What do the counts mean?

Counts are guests, not reservations. Expected guests includes reserved and checked-in guests. Unreserved spots is capacity minus Expected, not the number of people currently inside.

No-show and returning home

Mark No-Show asks for confirmation before changing a reservation. The SaleRadar icon returns to Toolkit’s sale list; Back to sales does the same. Neither changes a shopper’s status.

Support & legal

For account or product support, use the Help Center. Include the Toolkit version and build shown in the footer. Don’t include signed QR passes or unnecessary shopper details.
